Successively built classes allow an easeful exploration on weight, balance, falling, smaller and bigger lifts. We will explore rolling, surfing, gliding among other fun principles of CI. With finest awareness we will dive into fundamental essentials of Contact Improvisation and enjoy safe and pleasurable dancing in duets, trios or alone.
Attention and embodiment will be the underlying support of this journey.
Teaching languages are English and German.
Nina Wehnert & Mario Ghezzi & Dino Spiri are dancing Contact Improvisation since many years, all longtime teachers of classes, workshops and at festivals around the world. Nina has a background in Body-Mind Centering®, Mario in Chinese Medicine and Dino is a teacher of the Alexander Technique. All three share an interest and curiosity in somatic exploration.

Die aufeinander aufbauenden Termine ermöglichen eine entspannte Auseinandersetzung mit der Contact Improvisation. Im Spiel von Gewicht, Balance und Fallen erforschen wir kleine und größere Lifts, wir üben uns zu rollen, zu surfen, zu gleiten. Lebendig und achtsam führt dieser Kurs in die Basisprinzipien ein und vermittelt durch feines Wahrnehmen ein sicheres, freudvolles Tanzen im Duett, Trio oder Alleine.
Unterrichtsprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch.

Nina’s Hintergrund ist Body-Mind Centering®, Mario in Chinesischer Medizin und Dino ist Lehrer der Alexander-Technik. Alle drei verbindet die Freude und Neugier am somatischen Forschen.
